Mr Rohit Agarwal is the brains behind our prestigious organization. He started his career in 2008 and has ever since shown a great leadership skills. Having served with Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Life and Reliance Capital he has an immense knowledge about Investments and Portfolio Management. Has been awarded with multiple MDRT and TOT (U.S.A) and has been recognised with many other prestigious financial institutes. He comes from a marwadi business family and has a great background. He can be the best of instrument to guide you for your Investments.
CFO
Mr Bhavin Soni is the person to resolve all your Insurance related queries. Having received TOT award (Top Of the Table) U.S.A consecutively for 3 years he is definitely the best person in the industry. He has an experience of more than 15 years and has served Max New York, HDFC Life and Reliance in his tenure. Comes from a family background of Jewellers family he understands the value of our clients’ money and gives the the right guidance. He has a commerce background of education hence is great with numbers.
COO
With a rich experience of more than 15 years, Mr Sunil Mainani oversees the Loans and Operations for Aartham Finexpert. Coming from a very humble background he is the right person to guide our Corporate and Institutional clients. Previously he has served Reliance Capital for 5 Years and has a great reputation of getting best from the banks to keep our clients interest intact. He is a thorough gentleman with best of experience for sure.
Branch Manager
has over 15 years of experience, he brings with him an expertise of Loan Business & operations. He joined Aartham Finexpert in 2020 as a Manager in Loan Vertical Having spent 02 years with the company, he is the perfect guide to his team. Before Aartham Finexpert, he spent 13 years with Kotak Bank, Axis Bank, Yes Bank, Dhfl, Aavas Housing, Sme Corner worked in Secured & Unsecured Loan Business as a Sales Manager.
Branch Operation Head
18+ years experience in heading company operations, her forte is to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. A key part of a management team who oversees high-level HR duties, attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. Also, analyze and improve organizational processes, work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency in the organization.
Branch Sales Head
is born and brought up in Jharkhand. She has completed her schooling and graduation from Jharkhand itself. She did MBA in Finance from PES College (VTU University) Bangalore. She has worked with IIFL, MPhasis and in the Finance department of a pharmaceutical company in the past. She is presently involved in Training of Tele-callers, taking the tele-caller’s leads further and managing the loans department of AARTHAM. She is also actively involved in organising company’s events and team building activities.
