CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
• We advise on all aspects of corporate law, commencing from advice on structuring and incorporation, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, disinvestments, foreign direct, institutional and other investments in companies.

BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES
• This covers advice on legal and regulatory aspects pertaining to financial services, including formation and ongoing compliance with financial services requirements. We advise a number of financial service providers, including banks, insurance companies, leasing and finance companies, investment banks in relation to their documentation and product offerings. We act for lenders and borrowers in relation to a number of customized finance transactions. We advise on securitization transactions and structured products. We also advise lenders and borrowers in relation to project finance transactions.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• We deal with all kinds of dispute resolution procedures, including litigation, arbitration and governmental and regulatory proceedings.
