Aartham began its journey as a Financial Advisory Firm with a small team of 5 passionate individuals, focusing on loans and government subsidies. Through hard work and dedication, the firm achieved significant growth, reaching an impressive AUM of 100 crores by 2019.
In July 2020, Aartham took a significant step forward by registering as a Private Limited Company, which provided legal recognition and unlocked numerous benefits for the business. This advancement allowed the firm to expand its services in loans and government subsidies, enhancing its capabilities and client benefits.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Aartham continued to thrive in 2021. The firm grew its AUM to 250 crores and expanded its team to 15 members, demonstrating resilience and commitment to its clients, particularly in securing loans and navigating government subsidy programs.
Building on its success, Aartham ventured into new territory in 2022 by opening a branch office in Mumbai. With a team of 25 members and an AUM of 500 crores, the firm showcased its ability to attract clients, manage assets, and expand into new markets, further strengthening its expertise in loans and government subsidies.

2024 and Beyond - Towards New Heights
Looking ahead, Aartham has set its sights on even greater heights. In 2024, the firm plans to establish a branch office in Bangalore, aiming to reach an AUM target of 750 crores by 2025. Beyond this, Aartham's long-term vision includes opening an office in Dubai by 2027, allowing the firm to tap into international business opportunities and serve clients with diverse financial needs in the global market, particularly in the areas of loans and government subsidies.

Prior to Aartham Finexpert, he accumulated 13 years of experience at notable institutions such as Kotak Bank, Axis Bank, Yes Bank, DHFL, Aavas Housing, and SME Corner, where he worked as a Sales Manager in both secured and unsecured loan businesses.

His extensive background and impeccable knowledge of documentation and bank policies for retail loans, make him an invaluable asset to his team and the company.

Barkha Sultania
